so i go for the one without veggie

BarBQ Plaza

Aloha ! updating with a short post about one of my favorite that I always couldn't resist it- Bar B Q Plaza !! yummm~ this would be a short post as i have no time to take photo while eating bbq, because it is just too delicous ! ;)

two thumb up !!

BarBQ plaza with their unique grilling hot plate
it has both grill/bbq and steamboat
the middle part is for bbq
and outer part is for cooking with their soup

How to Eat?
(they even have this paper teaching you how to serve the food)
but in short
Step : 1 While heating, spread the lard onto the hot plate
Step 2 : time to grill the meat ! (and i prefer to grill seafood such as , fish ,prawn and squid too)
Step 3 (or step 2 vice versa) : Place vegetable(cabbage) into the soup ,
While eating in the restaurant myself, I see many people do not eat their cabbage and leave it there, SUCH A WASTE !!!
i guess they never know the syokness of eating cabbage in BarBQ =\

Step 4: Repeat Step 2 and 3
